You asked, and we listened! Some people have asked “Why don’t you have interactive exhibits?” Well, the answer is, we do. The museum has always had different components of exhibits that are hands-on, but you may not have noticed them as you go through the various wonderful exhibits we have. So next time you’re at the fire museum look around for our “Action Stations.” We have now placed these “Action Station” symbols throughout the museum to help you identify when there is an exhibit that you can interact with. In the museum you will find many hands-on opportunities to engage with the various exhibits and other unique items that help tell the national story of urban firefighting in America. T
